Review Justin Bieber Purpose Album

Justin Drew Bieber is a Canadian Pop- and Contemporary-R&B singer and songwriter. His career began with cover versions of known songs. His mother published them on You Tube. His fourth Studioalbum Purpose was released on the 13th of November last year. This album has three singles which turned out to be huge hits „What Do You Mean?“, Love Yourself“ and „Sorry“.
In the last few years was Justin Bieber has mostly been in the headlines over scandals, his newest album is like a private therapy project for his lonely heart. The names of his songs sound like something straight out of a self-help book „Love Yourself“, „Live is Worth Living“ or „No Pressure“. On this,his latest studio album Justin´s personality is more present then normal. 
Justin Bieber still sings songs about „teenage angst“ but he sings them more for himself. The Justin Bieber fans are grown up and he has now the job to unite his personality, the development of his fans and his claim for creativity in his music.
His album is a mix of Pop songs for everybody and soulful R’n’B sounds. Also Justin Bieber has some surprising guest appearance in his album like Nas! or Skrillex.
His songs present a love for humanity as, you can see that also in his public appearances in the last few month. He cried at the MTV-Awards and walked out of interviews it’s about his self-determination and his fears. So he sings in his songs often about freedom, responsibility, doubt and debt. This means that he reflected on life: intention, purpose, goals. He sings about an individual which is looking for orientation and freedom.
Purpose shows Justin Biebers thinking about meaning. His album is more real, honest and soulful than all of his other albums.

The Power of Makeup

For our photojournalism project I took two pictures of a good friend, one without and one with makeup. Sometimes people use make up to hide themselves behind a mask, behind an image their want to be. But maybe this is necessary for them to find themselves.
Everyone is pretty and some use the power of makeup to turn their personality and character to the  surface. Makeup can support your beauty, if you play with different styles, you are able to show different characters properties. 
But at least my opinion is that you have to love yourself like who you are with or without makeup.

Radio-Show-327 In our radio show we’re talking about Halloween and how different people celebrate it. Especially we explain the original name of Halloween and how the first people celebrate the Halloween eve. Then you can hear a little vox pop about the question how the students at Griffith campus celebrate Halloween in Ireland. Also we have a little Interview with a man who celebrate Halloween the whole year and he talk about why he loves this event so much. The work for this littler project was very interesting. We had to make a plan about the structure for the radio show and had to look for a topic. Than we searched for the different information about Halloween, wrote a workflow and recorded the show. After that we had to edit the records. Radio #327 A: So now let’s swap our topic and speak a little bit about next weeks big event Halloween (sound) Are you looking forward to celebrating Halloween? B: Oh yeah but of course! Halloween is one of my favorite events in the year. A: Oh really? Why? B: Yes! Because i like to get a scary costume and go to a party where everyone is dressed up. I really like Halloween because everything in the city is decorated and everyone dresses up as something different. Maybe also because i love to watch horror movies. Nina how do you celebrate Halloween? A: When i was a little child i really enjoyed going from door to door and trick or treating, it was always a highlight. Now i am going to dress up and go to a party. Do you already have any ideas for a costume? B: Oh yes i have a lot but i can’t decide which idea i like most. I am thinking about a zombie bride, witch or a horror cat. A: Wow thats a lot of ideas, i like the zombie bride. Do you know that Halloween is the oldest bank holiday that is celebrated ever? B: Oh really? I just know that Halloweens original name is All Saints Eve, and that before  Halloween existed  the irish people first celebrated the old celtic festival of Samhain. A: Do you have an idea why a lot of people think that Halloween is a typical american tradition? B: Yes, because in the past lots of irish emigrated to American and after world war two the irish emigrants returned to Europe again. A: Ah this really makes sence. I also heard that some cultures celebrate it very differently than we do. For example in Spain, they celebrate the all saints day on November 1st. On this day there is no work or any business. Friends and families celebrate the day together and put pastries on the graves of their family members or friends who have passed away. Also in Mexico Halloween is a festival where the focus is on the dead, but it isn’t s sad festival. They celebrate it from 31st October till 2nd November. They are going to clean and decorate the graves with pine needles and flowers. During the days Mexicans dress up like ghosts and skeletons. B: Wow this sounds really interesting how the different countries celebrate their own Halloween. Our Reporter Nina was around in Dublins cIty and asked a lot of people how they will celebrate Halloween this year. Let’s here what they said.

Mr. Halloween

B:Today we have a very special guest. He loves Halloween more than anybody else, his house is always decorated with Halloween stuff and he celebrates Halloween every single day. Yeah you herd right, we are talking about the one and only Mr. Halloween!! Mr. Halloween thank you for coming. Mr: You’re welcome, thank you for the invitation! B: So do you really celebrate Halloween the whole year? Mr: Yeah kind of. I think Halloween is the most beautiful time of the year, so why just celebrate one week if you can celebrate every single day? B: How do you spend a normal day? Mr: I would say like every other person, i go to work, meet some friends, have dinner, have to clean my house and go to the supermarket. A: But then you don’t really celebrate Halloween Mr.: Yes this is right, but we all have things that we have to do, but i can do these in my own little Halloween world which makes me kind of happy. B: What does your house look like? And do you often eat pumpkins? Mr: My house is covered with Halloween decorations, i often change my decorations to get something new. Haha lot of people ask me this question, but no i do not often eat pumpkins. Just in autumn  and then i really like do decorate them and put a candle inside. A: I heard that in October lots of school classes come to your house to visit it, how did this start? Mr: One day a teacher came to me and asked if he could come over with his class, because they were talking about halloween in class and then i said sure your welcome to my house. I often have lot of sweets for the kids and we decorate small pumpkins so they can take them home. B: Wow that sounds really great!! And now the final question: Why do you like Halloween so much that you celebrate it the whole year? Mr: Because i really love mystical things and like to dress up like someone different or as something different. I also really love old horror stories from the past and i just enjoy Halloween. A: well thank you very much for coming.

Film Review “Hyper Knautschi attacked Griffith City”

The Science fiction movie “Hyper Knautschi attacked Griffith City”, which were released in 2014 tells about the miscreant Hyper Knautschi who wants to destroy Griffith City and two super girls which defeated Hyper Knautschi. The Story is based on the comic with the same title “Hyper Knautschi attacked Griffith City” written by Abby Smith. Griffith City is under attack by the miscreant Hyper Knautschi (Helena) and her handymen the Puggles. The superheroes Mini Mina and Marmalade Girl want to prevent the ruin of Griffith City. Hyper Knautschi has established an army with thousands of Puggles. During the Puggle army encircled Griffith City, Mini Mina and Marmalade Girl were looking for appropriate members for her own army to protect Griffith City. They found their members in the motivated students of Griffith College.

Before the situation can be escalate the two super girls had plotted a plan to make Hyper Knautschi weak. They abducted Alli. Alli isHyper Knautschis favourite handyman. After they had abducted her favourite Puggle, Hyper Knautschi want to destroy the hole City and attacked Griffith City in an ambush in the middle of the night.

This ambush ends in a big fight with lots of setbacks for the two supergirls. But at the end the two girls defeated Hyper Knautschi and Griffith City is a safe place again.

 The movie is for every Science fiction and marvel fan who likes a classical story about superheroes. But the most interesting roll has Hyper Knautschi because she is all around bad but she loves dogs mostly puggles. This is the reason why she is so bad. She only wants a hole city for her puggle army.

 I really enjoyed watching this movie, because I was so exiting about what could happens next.

Vox Pop

 “If you could be any animal would you choose and why?”

 For our Vox Pop we asked many students at Griffith College Campus. We wanted to know which animal their would be for a day and why their want to be specially this one.

We got a lot of different answers. Many students answered that they would be a dog because dogs have a lazy life and the most people love them. Another often answer was being a lion, king of the animals.

The different answers were very interesting. I was very surprised that only one student had asked if he could be a mystical animal because the imagine animals are just invented by humans. And because they are invented in humans head I thought people would think first about them.

 It is very fascinated who the different people choose and explanted their choice, because some just want to chill other want to be powerful and other just want to feel free and able to fly or swim wherever they want.

Our interview deals with the question ,,How does it feel to live with three other people in an apartment ?”. We Interviewed Yamina who is a student from Macromedia Unversity in Cologne/Germany. She is in the third semester and studies Mediamanagement and she lives for three months in Dublin at the Griffith College.

With this interview we wanted to get few answers about the benefits and drawbacks when you live with three other girls in an apartment.

Backpacking girl attacked by a lion

A girl was attacked by a lion on a backpacking tour in Africa. The tour guide was´t paying enough attention to her when a lion attacked her. The group were looking at a zebra flock and the tour guide hadn’t registered that two lions had sneaked up behind them. One of the lions bit Bethany on her leg and severely injured her. At hospital she was operated on and is still alive.

In this time many students want to make journeys and experiences. Because of that the business in Africa is booming. Anyone can offer a national park tour even if they are unqualified. So take care and play safe.
