Although most days aren’t easy and putting in the work is strenuous, exhausting, and relentless… the runs here are worth it, the strength I gained to overcome any barrier is worth it, the friendships I’ve made are worth it, and this beautiful view is worth it..

Post-run feels because it’s halfway through the week, I persevered through track work on very NOT fresh legs (rest day tomorrow though 🙌🏻) and made my last 800 rep my fastest by 5 seconds, and Chicago is just 25 days away!🎉

27 second PR in 78% humidity 💦 there was a killer hill at 1.5 and with the humidity it definitely effected my pace 😬 my kick was so strong as soon as I saw the finish line, I wish it wasn't around a corner, I had more in me than I thought 🤗 despite a long run two days ago, my legs had a lot to give which is something to be thankful for 🙏🏻
