I am very much flattered that you would go to that extent, but I will have to politely and respectfully decline.

It is not that I am rejecting your feelings and enthusiasm, but I do not see myself marrying a complete stranger all of a sudden.

Developing relationships takes time, effort and emotional engagement, before, well, a real 'engagement'.
