Flash back to one year ago at Philly Plight. Popping into hand to hand. This years weekend was spent much differently, learning to put a short on with one hand. But I'm on the mend! Looking forward to training again. 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️thanks for all the well wishes!

The other day I went to my first ever ballet class. The instructor used the term "over developed" three times when referring to my thighs. She complimented me on my form, but also kept giving me advice on how to cure my overdeveloped things.
