      An unusually large child - for a human, that is - sits on her lonesome near a calm shoreline. It was supposed to be a pleasant day, for once.  She had started off with a buffet breakfast (as usual), before promptly ditching her bill and setting off to wander the island.  Even her own crew didn’t seem to mind her absence for once, as they laughed and cheered and drank merrily in the bar.  

It was when dawn turned to noon that everything turned to shit.

Oh, fuck.

Bonney runs a hand through her hair, pacing frantically in the forest behind Linlin.  It was an accident, of course - she’s not stupid enough to target one of the emperors of the sea, no matter what the others might say.  Yet here Charlotte Linlin sits, far too young to be nicknamed Big Mom, and here Bonney stands, her heart pounding against her ribs so loudly that she was certain the whole island could hear.

All she did was trip and activate her powers on instinct.  That’s all.  And now she’s in one of the biggest messes she can think of.  She considers running away, briefly, but the problem lies within Big Mom’s own hell spawn.  If Big Mom is to be discovered in her current state, of course they’d suspect the woman with age-bending powers to be at fault.  Even if it totally wasn’t.  

Running was out of the question.

So she’d have to either revert Big Mom back to normal and suffer her wrath, or confront Big Mom and suffer being her babysitter for a while.  Neither of those options appealed to her.

But a bright idea pops into her mind.  

“Hello!”  she says, finally revealing herself from the forest.  She waves and smiles brightly, hoping that Big Mom wouldn’t notice the perspiration running down her forehead. “I’m B - Bonney!  Nice to meet you!”

A child, around the same age as Linlin (though considerably smaller) stands on the edge of the forest, her bright pink hair swaying in the wind.  She just hopes this plan will work for now.
