Calling for help - Racism on tumblr/dragon age fandom

I’m at my limit here, this situation has gone on for months and Tumblr hasn’t done a damn thing about it. I send out DMCA strikes so often, and the posts get taken down, but this nazi is still allowed to keep his account, still allowed to stalk and harass me, still allowed to whitewash whatever piece of art I make. His account got taken down for maybe a day or two and then was allowed to reinstate it. Because fuck Palestinians, POC, queer or trans people - right tumblr?

This person has:

Pls know whenever I say Filipino elven features I mean the identifying features I grew up dreading to see whenever I played by the trees at the provinces as a child 😭

We're talking no philtrums, high nose bridges and then other features vary depending on the specie I use (Tamawo: red eyes, glittering skin, sharp teeth, Dalaketnon: fair hair, etc) the only difference is I make everyone varying shades of brown from light brown to medium brown, some being a deeper brown too.

I just realised that the fact I made a country that never heard of the Evanuris , where the customs are different and just decided majority of my protags are from there or tied to there one way or another usdgfiusf

So that means when Bellara talks with Rook about other countries who's never heard of the Evanuris we have my different Rooks going "Weeellllllllllll wanna know where I hailed from actually?"
