Hi Stacey! I really want to find some way to help these cool animals, like the narwhal! What is the best way to get involved?
Hi,
Thanks for your question regarding animals such as mynarwhal friend, Nick. It is always nice to know that people want to help outthese wonderful aquatic animals. As discussed on my page about Nick, one of theways we can all reduce stress for the narwhals includes reducing waste, recycling, and reusing items such as water bottles and shopping bags. Keepingthe waters cleaner and safer for the animals can make a big difference for Nickand his friends. Additionally, reducing your environmental impact and carbonfootprint also can help.
If you are interested, another way to aid these animalsincludes adopting a narwhal through WWF at the following link:
https://www.worldwildlife.org/species/narwhal
Every action you can take to help these animals can make apositive impact!
Thank you,
Stacey
Hi Stacey, I am a huge fan of sharks and am wondering how old your Great White Shark is. How many years old can Great White Sharks typically live?
Greetings!
Thanks for your interest towards Great White Sharks like myfriend, Gary. In answer to your question, current studies show that Great WhiteSharks can live almost as many years as a human. More recent findings havediscovered that these amazing creatures can live as long as 70 years or so.

Checkout this gif that shows how much trash is in our oceans. Picking up trash on land is one way to help keep our oceans clean and our marine life safe. Generating less trash and consuming less plastic are other ways to help. Use reusable containers, water bottles, and shopping bags.
