What is the most important reason your resort is more popular than your competitors? (Can't chose MC's beauty as the answer. Or, can you......?)
There are just so many reasons why nudists and first timers always chose to stay at our nude sunbathing resort instead of other naked places. Here are a number of reasons:
1) Terra Cotta Inn is the ONLY nudist resort that when you check in you can be served 3 meals a day 7 days a week. Naturally Magazine did a story about us and were so surprised. But as they said it made sense. Most nudist places with restaurants only serve food on weekends when they have guests. We serve Free breakfast and afternoon snacks daily. We also cater lunches and dinners 7 days a week.
2) TCI is the only nudist resort that is popular midweek. Most nudist places are just weekend getaways for locals. We have couples from all over the US, Canada, England, Australia, and Mexico (and the rest of the world) that vacation with us, so weāre popular 7 days a week. Now of course those nudists that like to go to places with no one else around, chose the other places in town on Sun-Fri.
3) Weāre a great value. AOL Travel picked us as the best value nudist resort in the US. We have free early check in (10am). Free late check out (5pm). Very large rooms (our regular rooms are the size of other places kitchen suites.Because weāre busy 7 days a week, we can have better room rates compared to the weekend getaway places.
4) All rooms have refrigerators/freezers and microwaves. You can bring your own beverages, food and save.We also have a free BBQ area for guests.
5) Our pool is heated to 86F (many nudist places because they have no guests, donāt heat their pools in the winter).
6) We have a state of the art poolside cooling system. Thus weāre very busy in the summer as no one else has made this investment.
7) We have sate of the artĀ salt water pool and jacuzzi. Thus we donāt need to use the harsh chemcials like other places including places that advertise ānaturalā mineral water.
8) We have the best massage therapists. We have won Palm Springs Life Magazine awards, Best of the Best for have the Best massages. AndĀ we are the ONLY nudist resort that is famous for our massages.
9) We are not lifestyle friendly. Sexually wild people stay elsewhere.
10) We appeal to all ages from 20ās to 80ās just like regular hotels.
11) Weāre perfect for couples trying topless or nude sunbathing for the first time. We are a very women friendly resort. We do NOT allow single guys to come here, wear board shorts and gawk at our female guests.
I could go on and on and on but I wonāt bore you. These are some of the many reasons we have one of the highest occupancy rates of ALL hotels in Palm Springs and have one of the highest repeat guest rates in the travel industry at just over 80%.Ā MC
