and Tina pirated ATLA after Tina bought the first season on a whim in high school.

Gavin has severe attachment issues (that he will never admit) about Zuko. He related way too much to his character and it made him really uncomfortable at first but...then he saw the character development and thought that...maybe he could change too?

Sokka is his second favorite and he definitely had a crush on him, but he and Tina both agree that if toph has been a boy, he would have simmped SO HARD

Aang and katara annoy him because ‘they’re fucking annoying Tina look at that little shits smile! He’s known her for what two minutes and he’s trynna Fuck? Goddamn try hards’ (poor Connor stood no chance)

Nines

Gavin forced Nines to watch ATLA on one of their first days off together after they started dating. Nines thought it was a little childish at first and wondered why they were watching it, but seeing Gavin so happy made it worth it. By second season he started watching it without Gavin which lead to Rules™️ about cheating (‘Gavin it’s not cheating I just watched a show without you’ ‘AN AFFAIR OF THE HEART’)
