Physical Touch: Study about one of the five love languages
'Tis the human touch in this world that counts, The touch of your hand and mine, Which means far more to the fainting heart, Than shelter and bread and wine. For shelter is gone, When the night is o'er, And bread lasts only a day. But the touch of the hand, And the sound of the voice, Sing on in the soul always.
So, for this one i want to cover one of my favourite pairings in F1 (RedBull's Checo & Max). Which i think this pair is underrated (not in the amount of fans) but in their dynamic. F1 is and was always known to have so many good famous pairings and their unique lores (say in the like of lewis & nico or even max and daniel). But what makes Checo & Max pairing so interesting is the fact that their interaction comes as little intimate moments and their lore is deeper than everyone would have thought. Along with the title for this post, here are the breakdowns when the physical touch became one of the most important things for this pair.

This hug in AD 21 was a form of appreciaton from max to checo as he helped him to reach his childhood dream at the time. I can't help but notice that max looked so much like a child here. He hugged him so tight he was trying to hide his face on checo's shoulders. He realized after many years became a lone soldier, he finally can rely on his teammate.

The littlest moment of max's hand reaching down for checo and checo's palm reaching out to max's. It was them trying to comforting each other with a slight touch

I've always love this moment where checo was trying to calming down max by putting his hand on his heart. It was like checo knew max is a sensitive person and by that he had to reach out to the most sensitive part of max's body—his heart
There are many more moments of them just touching hands slightly, hugging after each race, or holding each other tightly in the podium. But i think those three examples are enough to say that they love their touches. Lastly, i think i'm gonna use my favourite writer's quote about physical touch, which says:

Apart from physical touch, another thing that make Checo & Max pairing so electric is their stares, whether it was longing, admiration, or even love. And for that, i think i will explore it on different post.
