End of the week motivation for you all ⚔️🔥 . . . Between the 2 photos in this post there is roughly about 3 months -- as you can see there is no definition in and around the core area, it's there but it's not quite there if that makes sense 🤔 . . . I soon realized I had to adjust what I'm eating to allow me to have the core I have now 🔥 and how you ask 👀?! Let me tell you... . . . The goal for me in the gym and with my all my clients is to be FIT not BIG ⚔️ the reason being is if your fitter you can do many different things for longer, plus the shredded look means you can pull off some incredible things (let your imagination run wild on that one 🙃)...turning that 6 into 8 ! . . . Okay I'll admit not the greatest week in terms of sticking to schedule...got another job as you all know 😮😑 . . . Some Sunday motivation for my clients & fans ⚔️ . . . Photo on the left is me way back when I thought it was cool enough to wear a coconut bra and a Hawaiian skirt... because I did that's why 😎 okay good glad we got that out the way 😂 . . . Secondly it is this exact photo that made me realize how short I was in confidence I was in relation to how I looked physically -- this photo was the beginning of a long journey for me as I soon as I saw it on Facebook I had to do something to change how people saw me 👀👀 . . . Over the years it's been hella tough not gonna lie and tell you it's easy to put muscle on and maintain it for the rest of days because it's not 🔥 -- once you start you buy into the lifestyle the eating, the motivation and confidence in yourself that you can change and the only person that can help you is YOU ❤️ . . . After today's workout I have quickly realized that the winter bulk is on and I'm amazed at the progress I've made and the amount of bulk I've managed to achieve 🔥⚔️ . . . However as good as bulking season nothing beats the summer -- and what I mean is how lean and trim I was during the summer because who doesn't want a toned//ripped summer body to proudly show off 🤔 . . . If you ask me I actually prefer the summer season because the workouts are harder and the nutrition side of things is more difficult especially if you want to have a core to show off at the beach 😍 . . . Happy Sunday to you all ⚔️❤️ it's the end of another week and everyone has pushed themselves to the limit and that's sort of the point of fitness . . . Awesome day of determination and motivation ⚔️❤️ the enthusiasm everyone show's is contagious and electric, days like these I'm proud to be part of the fitness industry . . . 6AM morning badassery underway, nothing says wake me up like a ground and pound early morning workout to start the day ⚔️ . . . How dedicated am I ?
