the criticism over the production. since when is that in the boys' hands? i'm sorry but that's up to louis walsh (i'll go more in depth about him in my next point) and brian friedman or whoever is in charge of that. it's completely unfair how they are being blamed for the 'lack of production'.
louis walsh, just him in general. basically, he's such a shitty mentor. it's so unfortunate that sk have to deal with him because he literally gives zero fucks about them until simon or another judge gives him shit for that. i don't think he even knows all of their names yet. not only that but he was telling the public to vote for all of the other acts as well???? like what the fuck are you doing louis?????? can i also add that he obviously favored oty and now that they're gone it feels like he's forced to work with sk. he's barely in their VTs... it's like he does not care about them at all. louis mentored union j in 2012 and he was so shit with them as well. i don't get why he's still a judge on the x factor.
how 8 people in one boyband is a lot. okay? yeah? your point? if they were 5 or less, they'd be compared to one direction, or they'd be accused of copying them every week. also, haven't you heard of k-pop groups? there are some k-pop groups with like 13 people and they're hugely successful (ex. super junior). you think you won't be able to tell them apart/memorize their names? that's what i thought in the beginning, but now i know every single one of their names and how each of their singing voices sound.
stereo kicks are a talented group of 8 boys that it's such a shame they're mentored by louis walsh. you can also see it in the boys' faces that they absolutely hate him. even on xtra factor tonight, they said they'd like to push louis off a cliff (was probably passed off as banter by everyone else - but come on, all of them said louis without any sort of hesitation at all).
i'm so sick of how the judges completely disregard the fact that they get so much shit thrown in their way but instead of complaining about it and acting like it's the end of the world (i.e. lauren and andrea), they rise above it. they're such hard workers and no one sees that except their fans which pisses me off to no end.
tonight when simon told cheryl that their production was changed last minute, she rolled her eyes and said "shocker." it really upsets me to put down other women, but let me remind you that this is the same woman who said that it is "not her style" to remind people of lauren's illness in the VT but then had lauren ramble about her parents and her life situation for twenty minutes just to get sympathy votes. and andrea. oh my god andrea. did you see that single tear roll down on his cheek in the VT? like wow, you were in the bottom two? cry me a fucking river. sk were in the bottom two TWICE and never have they cried in the VT or complained about it. but do the judges recognize that? of course not.

p.s. correct me if i'm wrong but stereo kicks are #119 on itunes rn with run and #168 with just the way you are. i don't see any of the other contestants in the top 200. so the judges have NO FUCKING RIGHT to bring them down. gosh i'm pissed tonight.
