With George opting out of Union J, things had been quite stressing for the lad. He had spent some wonderful time with the Union J boys and leaving them was a heartbreaking decision for him and the band. George had thought it out. He talked to the boys. They even wished him all the best but months later, George realized he wasn’t happy. Let alone be happy, he was pretty upset or if he could say, he was actually depressed. And that’s when he decided to go back home.

When George got back home, most of his siblings weren’t there. It was easier for him to just hide in his room. His parents did notice that something was off with the boy, but George just didn’t want to talk to anyone. But that was only until his siblings came back home.
If George found it difficult to keep avoiding the questions from his parents then all of his 16 siblings pestering him about ‘what’s up’ with him, was slowly getting on his nerves.
All George wanted was to be left alone but that just wasn’t going to happen, especially with 16 siblings around him.

The boys had all one by one tried to ask George what was going on with him and why was he so moody. He avoided all of them, snapping at them and asking them to stay away from him. When things went wrong, his sisters stepped in.
It all started with one of George’s brothers, Scott pressing him for details about how’s life after Union J and all of a sudden, George snapped badly.
“I don’t want to talk about it. Don’t you get it?” George shouted before storming to his room.
“What did I do?” Scott asked, grumpily.
“I’ll talk to him” Aaron volunteered.
“Let us. We’ll talk to him” Brie said.
The boys shrugged, letting the girls go ahead this time.

George had buried his head in his pillow, lying on his stomach when the girls walked in.
“What’s up baby boy?” Scarlet asked before Olivia hit her on her back.
“Girls, I don’t want…” George mumbled.
“You don’t want to talk” Chloe answered for him.
“You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to” Grace mumbled.
“But you know we are there if you want to talk” Naomi said.
“We’re good listeners you know” Leah added.
“And good secret keepers too” Willow chuckled.
“There’s nothing wrong… I just missed them. I miss the band. I miss everything” George sniffled.
“Aww bub” Brie sighed, pulling the boy in a hug.
Within seconds, George was pulled in a pile of hugs and he did manage a little smile.

The little talk did help George’s mood brighten up a little. But it got even better when he walked down to open the door a few days later.
“Surprise” Josh, Jaymi and JJ screamed altogether.
For probably the twentieth time in the past few days, George found himself tearing up again as he threw himself in their arms.
He introduced the boys to his siblings, smiling to himself when he caught Aaron thanking the Union J boys for accepting his invitation to surprise George.

Having so many siblings wasn’t really that bad. Especially if they’d catch on when you’re feeling down and plan such surprises for you!
