Day #9 of #100daysofGameDev featured a Unity upgrade, new DOTween actions, crisper UI elements, main menu updates, and installation of GameAnalytics . I also cleaned up a number of console warnings and errors (can't stand seeing them). #indiedevhour #indiedev #gamedev
Day #10 of #100daysofGameDev. OK, now GameAnalytics is functioning properly. The rest of my gamedev time tonight will be spent researching composition in level design. I'm also looking into techniques on how to guide the player through a scene w/o holding their hand. 🖖
Yesterday was Day #8 of #100daysOfGameDev- I spent time away from Unity creating a "mood board" as a reminder of my artistic influences for Marshin. Initially I was on the fence about doing a mood board when this was suggested but it turned out to be pretty cathartic. I'm glad to have done it. I also created a Tumblr account :) I saw that it was aquired by Automattic (Wordpress) so I think it may have a bright future! Now I just need to learn how to use it properly :P
