story idea: two people are dating, and one of the lovers gains the ability to time travel and gets sent into the past. as they work to travel through time, era by era up until their modern day, they meet their partner in every period, with them seemingly able to blend in with the time. when the time traveler first saw their partner, the latter didn't recognize them and was taken aback by their sudden affection. once the time traveler is able to return to their current time, they reunite with their partner and confront them. their partner is an immortal, and in every period they waited to reunite with their lover.

i really can't overstate how fucking furious i am that corrupt egyptian officials have become millionaires from charging palestinian refugees thousands upon thousands of dollars to escape genocide and not only that, that it comes down to the generosity of normal people like you and me to fund these people, to feel guilty over not being wealthy enough to do more, to feel the pressure of choosing which fund to donate to, to have to shoulder the emotional burden of deciding which lives to save, when politicians will get absurdly rich off of insider trading and taking bribes from companies as they help engineer a worse world for all of us to endure.

I hate getting mushy but I'm a sensitive soul, what can I say

I've always dreamed of making content for the masses, but for both my enjoyment and others' entertainment. I'm really proud of myself for taking the first steps of expanding myself and skills after so long.

Is my first video good? No. An actual trash fire mostly. and that's ok! this is a whole new avenue I'm walking down. and blah blah you gotta be bad to get good. I already see 4 mistakes 2 minutes in while watching the uploaded version..... But I've learned so much already, and next time I'm hitting faster and stronger.

I'm really just glad to have even finished the video though because I got so demotivated every time a minor inconvenience came around. Almost burnt myself out without even stepping foot out the door! I feel a big weight lifted off my chest, while another one is carried.

Making that video though, and watching others' work while working on it has helped me kind of define what I really want to steer my content towards, the things I enjoy and the things I hate. I know content especially on YouTube has gone downhill and while I don't want to be revolutionary in fixing my goal is for my content to be worthwhile (quality and all). I don't care much about the stats, if at least one person enjoys that's good for me :)

So, there's my little 1 AM rant. I love doing what I do, and thank you if you do too!
