PSA: Your muse is not shippable with everyone. Stop raining on other people’s parades because YOU didn’t get what you wanted.

Full offense? But if you feel that everyone you ask OWES your muse ALL the interactions simply because you asked, even after the mun said: “Not sure, let’s see how it plays out, I can’t promise anything because my muse is (insert trait)…” OR “No, sorry it’s too ooc for my muse to interact/ship with yours,” and you still have the GAUL to rain on the parade of successful ships/interactions that your muse couldn’t have? Bad form. If you continue to pout, whine, and vague about how you’re jealous or upset with what you see on your dash? You’re being a selfish brat.  You are not being honest with yourself and truly looking at other people’s muses though neutral eyes. Of course you want your muse to be with everyone you want, that’s natural in the rpc! But you HAVE TO take into account that other muns may not see it that way, because they are writing THEIR muse through a different lens than you. Punishing them for not seeing your vision is rude, selfish, pointless, and makes a person not want to ever take a chance on you again. There’s just too much baggage attached to a mun like that.

No one owes you a “guaranteed interaction” just because have an entire world plotted in your head. Stop hiding behind superficial reasons, and trying to start discourse about the rejection too!! Not every rejection has to do with what your muse looks like, if they’re OC vs. Canon, or if you’ve successfully shipped with that mun in the past. There is NO guarantee for an interaction if the muses have crappy chemistry and there is NO attraction to yours. Even if you’re friends ooc, even if you, in your head see your muse as shippable or interacting with EVERYONE; hate to pop your bubble, but:

NO muse is shippable/able to interact with everyone. MOVE. ON.

cassidys skin was pale and her eyes sunken. she’d been working on her magic, practicing and trying to understand how it all worked. only she’d pushed herself too far and....well she doesn’t remember much except for the first time in her life she’d felt fire burning her skin. the next time she’d been aware of anything, cassidy was recovering in her room in whitespire.

approaching the dinner table, she hadn’t been surprised to see only one plate set at the table. still feeling weak, she kneeled on the ground by his feet and didn’t meet his eyes. “i didn’t mean to question you, your highness,” she apologizes. her mistake had been her own and although quentin seemed to have a soft spot for her, she had never expected him to full on save her.
