|| If there's no End, there can be no Beginning || Ellie & Isaac
The engineer didn´t sound that sure about his own words. Tiredness layed in his voice but it was comprehensible and the female understood it too well. So Ellie nodded only and looked back on the monitors of the cockpit, checking every single one to be sure everything´s alright and working. She was nervous about the machine but why, she couldn´t tell. Maybe it was only her imagination what let her act that nervous but the brunette couldn´t be sure enough about it right?
The pilot couldn´t resist and stood up to hug the man besides her. She never thought that she would escape this hell but now it seemed they both were saved. She pushed the button and spoke with the tower to get some landing rights. Some seconds passed by and Ellie thought something had happened first but afte she repeated her message, someone answered her and gave her the landing rights she wanted. "We finally at home Isaac! It´s unbelievableâŚ", she hold her tears back hardly ´cause she didn´t want to cry in front of him. Ellie still wanted to be a strong woman, even if she knew that the engineer wouldn´t think of her in a bad way. At least she hoped so. "Prepare yourself. We hit the hemisphere in a few moments.", a smile danced on her full lips. She didn´t hide her happiness to come back home, there was no reason for her to be not happy.
A moment passed; a dry sigh leaving coarse skin of lips. It would've normally been a sigh consisting of hope, gladness and certainty -- but there was still uneasiness lingering within his breath, reminding him of how dreadful the past few hours, days and months had been. A feeling that'd never just fade completely, no matter how hard he'd try. Roughly the same with scars : Time will help and heal but the surface will always show the damage one suffered, just like a life story carved in skin. Never leaving, always reminding. Isaac would try to find a way to make things more bearable, though. It's the only thing he could do after losing everything anyway -- starting anew. His thoughts shoved aside, the man sat up in his seat, his clad digits running over the control panel to give Ellie a quick hand. The engines and systems were working straight, no difficulties, as far as he could tell and they were close to dock their ship around civilization again. Huh, 'civilization' ... Isaac had nearly forgotten its meaning. That sudden hug, she pulled him in so very upfront, came quite surprisingly and he immediately froze in all of his movements, his eyes widened, travelling upm from the windshield to her face. He'd probably need a while to get used to personal contact of that kind again, without expecting the worst -- someone, who's about to slit his throat and amusingly watch him bleed to death or simply stab him in the back. But of course, he knew that Ellie was a person he could always confide in, so he slowly started to relax within her grasp again, even managed a faint smile. "Yes. We're...home, Ellie.", he faintly breathed as a few visions ran past his mind's eye, visons, concerning the things they both had to endure. Pestilence, glorification of violence, grotesque creatures and psychopaths. Things, that could've hail from a horror movie or a book. Yeah, it felt like Ellie and Isaac had both written their very own story -- and gladly survived whereas thousands of others had died. And now they'd returned to salubrious ground and air, their ship hitting the hemisphere and finally...the docks. A few crackling sounds and they came to a halt, doors opening right after. "Well landed, Miss Langford." It's been over and done.
Something unexpected ~Ellie and Isaac~
The engineer seemed to be highly surprised about her words and the fact that she wouldn´t mind to get a little `closer´ to him if there wouldn´t be their friendship. "It was only made as an compliment so calm down.", was the only thing she had to say.. Yeah, she felt a little shamefull after those words, even if she meant them honest. Isaac wasn´t ugly or something like that, but maybe she was too honest. "JustâŚforget about it. It was nonsense."
The engineer merely shrugged his shoulders as an answer to her statement, leaving his question from before hanging for the moment. There was no need to quibble over details. Though, he couldn't deny the fact to still harbor at least a small amount of curiosity. "Alright, uhm... If you say so."
|| Something about your eye...? || Ellie & Isaac
Ellie forgot about everything and only enjoyed this very moment. The female was sure it wouldn´t remain for long but why it was that important for her? In the same moment the soft voice concertanted near her ear and she opened her eyes to lift her head up. Her sight met his and she mentioned how close they were to each other. "Iâm fineâŚ", she said with a strange sound in her voice as her lips came close to his.
Only a small difference was left between them as the brunette noticed what she was about to do and she moved her head back to bring the distance back between them. "I feltâŚmuch better now. Thank you Isaac.", with those words, she let go of him and broke the hug and with this moving the feeling of warmth he gave her.
Her breath felt closer and heavier than before, somehow...warmer, softly brushing against his pale skin as she proceeded to inch closer with her face, both their lips merely a few moments apart -- until she immediately drew back again. Isaac may was a quite naive one, someone so slow on the uptake sometimes, that he didn't realize the most obvious things, not even if they'd nearly staring him in the face. Though, he somehow did understand her gesture...and vaguely guessed the deal. "That's good to hear." Â
The moment of closeness broke within seconds when she decided to let go of him -- and so did he, the lovely fragrance of her skin still cherishing his memory. But, now that she was 'gone', he somehow started to feel...cold again. Mentally reserved. "Guess everything's good and fine now. ...though, if you should happen to feel the need of approval once more, you know where to find me."

|| Unexpected Reencounter || Daina & Isaac
"HnnâŚyou really think so? Well, thanks for complimenting me, Isaac dear. I feel overly safe with a weapon within my grasp you know? It makes meâŚlook superior."Another, vicious smilie creeped upon her crimson lips, her grasp around the cutters handle growing even tighter, slender digits pressing itâs sharp tip even rougher against his back. He truly knew how to flatter women.
Sheâd have lots of fun with him. For sure.
"Oh Isaac⌠Itâs not like youâre giving me any other chance now, do you? Do you really wanna die? âŚso soon? Itâd be a shame if that precious little head of yours would be dispersed all over the place. Then again, I think youâd deserve a little steepening incentive; in a matter of convincement, of course." Would he agree now? Or would she really have to adopt drastic, unnecessary measures?
"Itâs only up to you, how this will turn out. Your life - your decision."
"Yeah. It makes you unmistakably look like the threat you always used to be. Not more, not less.", he scoffed, his right hand slowly travelling down to where his Plasma Cutter was located, of course, in slow and estimated intervals to veil the obvious. That woman was a real pain in the ass -- a persistent piece of shit. Isaac would've never thought to ever talk about a woman so disparaging and low but because of people like her, millions of others had died for nothing, for ludicrously hopes and dreams -- dreams of an appalling infested future. Why in God's name would he want to obtain the neccessary respectfulness in front of a person of such nature? He'd rather wish to die than bowing down to her. He sharply exhaled a gasp when the tip of her weapon reached his back, impressing it onto his with sturdy fabric covered skin; the frizzling sounds of the life taking machine getting louder. She had him over a barrel now and he was in the wrongest position to make demands and still...Isaac wouldn't obey. Never. "Dying sounds more appealing than your foolish illusions of a 'glorious future'. Pestilence is all that will reign, once the world is consumed by darkness and walking, rotten corpses. You can't seriously tell me, that this is the picture of a world you'd love to live in." ...then again, she had been crazy enough to got thus far. This being the case, doubts concerning her instable mind were irrelevant. "Talking big is all you can do, huh? ...you don't scare me, Daina. I've been through enough sick shit to consider this as a child's birthday. I'm not fearing the glimpse into death's infernal eyes -- not anymore."
|| Butt and Spank || Daina & Isaac
"Careful? âŚhn. Donât you think youâre exaggerating a bit, darling?"She chuckled, covering the tip of her lips with her hand; staring strictly into his blue eyes.
Isaac truly knew how to charm women, didnât he~
"What is it that youâre so very afraid of, hm? Iâd really love to know that."
The man immediately frowned at her words, his head slightly tilted to one side, surveying her with a highly questioning image of glare. Did she seriously just ask him that? ...maybe she suffered under the conditions of some bad case of amnesia or something. That was the only explanation he had. ...either that or she simply tried to play tricks on him once more.
"That...is a joke, right? ...getting involved with you is mostly like playing Russian roulette. I won't fall for any of your damn tricks. Not. Again."

venomous-tongue:
She couldnât help but smiled sovereign, lifting her head a tad, trying to look down at him, which was impossible since Isaac was much taller than she was. "Oh, really? âŚwell, if you seem to suspect everything beforehand, how about this one then?" After finishing her sentence with a rather sharp and bitchy tone, the blone gripped her gun, raising her arm to aim her blue lasers at his back straightway, cocking her head faintly. "Did you suspect that too, Isaac?â Oh yes, she felt glorious to have a hold over him.
To be honest, he had suspected a few unpleasant things to happen -- but nothing of that kind. The frizzling sound of a drawn Cutter caught his attention so Isaac came to an abrupt standstill, bluish lasers wellnigh burning the flesh of his back. He could clearly feel their heat ... and her noxious breath running down his spine. That woman was unpredictable. Still. How could he forget?
"Let's just say, this incredibly absurd manoeuvre suits you. Out and out. ...and it's despicable."Â The tone of his voice was sharp and sore. His tongue snapped in combination with a huff. But, what now? Would she try to screw out his consent with the help of her pulled gun, snuffing out his lights if necessary? Or would she chicken out? Daina wasn't even half as tough as she tried to showcase. He could clarify that by the mere look at the tip of her nose. "Well, what are you waiting for? The trigger's ready. You just have to pull it. That's what you've been wanting to do all the damn time, haven't you?"
OOC.

|| Butt and Spank || Daina & Isaac
She cocked her head a tad; slim arms barely folded in front of her own chest as she kept on surveying the man in front of her. Geez, he acted like a complete prudish kidmonk. "Why so cold, Isaac? I could almost suspect that youâre kind of⌠vexed with me."
Which was obviously the case.
"Cold? ...no. I'm just careful. That's all." She had stopped to encircle him with minacious steps -- Finally. And he didn't feel like a piece of flesh, presented on a silver platter, any longer. Yes. He surely felt better to have a straight eye on her now. Continuously.
"'Vexed' ....is a real nice understatement. And you know that."

|| Another Survivor? || Lexine & Isaac
Lexine came to a halt after she had arrived at the door, inspecting its lock closely by bending forward a bit, until she turned around to face the male anew. âYes, this is it. Well, as far as I remember, of course. These hallways all seem to look the same, though.â And what she remembered, the fuse panel must be located behind the door, somewhere next to the staffâs restrooms. Hopefully, she wasnât all too wrong and lead him to a blind end.
His sudden question came quite unexpected though and she needed a moment to react, blinking her eyes a bit unsure. âF-fight? âŚwell, I surely can handle a weapon. I justâŚnever got to use it until now.â And even though she knew, that itâd be necessary to survive and those things werenât humanly anymore, beyond recovery, it feltâŚwrong. She grabbed her cutter for short, checking her clips with an uneasy feeling in her gut. âDo you think, thereâs somethingâŚlurking on the other side of the door, just wating for us to step in?â
She started to investigate the lock with a rather wary kind of look on her features by bending forward, a brief moment of silence occurring in which Isaac took a closer look at the ventilation system, proceeding along the ceilings above both of their heads. The cracking turned louder, a small cloud of dust wafting through the cracks of the mettalic coating, showing several dents on the bottom side. The man flinched a bit, not even thinking about averting his sight for the moment; but nevertheless listened to the words the woman uttered in a clear way of speaking. He could tell, that she was afraid, though. The tone of her voice betrayed her.
"You never used one ever before? That is...quite impressive, you know? I mean, getting here without wasting one, single clip of ammo", he spoke, calmly and determined, aiming at the vent to bring some light into the dark. He somehow wished it would've been that easy for him as well -- without all the fighting and the fearing. Lexine must've possessed a tad more luck than anything else this far. "Maybe you should consider the fact that you might need to use it sooner or later. Those 'things' won't even hesitate a moment or give you a chance of reaction. So, do you think you can handle it?" He just needed to be absolutely sure about her cooperation and her backing, just in case something's about to surprise them ... which he somehow dead set awaited to happen real soon.
"I don't really know that for sure. But it's possible. They can be anywhere, popping out of nowhere when we least expect it. You should never let your guard down. Not even for a damn second."
{ The spanking Mystery } Isaac & Lexine
She tried to accept it that way, to forget, what happened just a few moments ago. And even though, the male didnât seem angered or even miffed at all, Lexine feltâŚunwell to just leave it behind. âI⌠I know. And still I canât really deny the fact, that I feel embarrassed about it. Still.â
Yeah, he indeed was able to realate to her feelings and also the embarrassment she obviously began to feel. Though, it was a mere misunderstanding and nothing ineffably drastic to name and shame her. A false conjecture, not a brutal murder or even a sexual crime. And Isaac really wanted to try easing her mind and shame a bit -- however possible. "There's no need to harp on about it any longer than necessary. I'm fine, you're fine... so, everything's cool now, isn't it? Just relax."
"There is something true about it, I guess. Doesnât make me less worried, though.â She smiles sarcastically, giving him a shake of head then; looking at her pinky. âNo news. But I canât really say I miss him/her. Iâm actually pretty glad itâs over.â
"Yeah, thought so. Would be kind of weird otherwise. I still wonder which backhole he crawled out from, though." He shook his head, seeming a bit amused about the topic.
