Then many years later to the 20th century, vamp! Tony reunited in his love in the form of a male name peter parker.

tony who comes from a well known vampire house, rich beyond belief. who was born into this life many many years ago, he'd be like triple digits (early 100s). he was not only a wealthy man but also incredibly handsome and smart. who was even as a vampire a bit of a playboy.
peter who only gets turned (in his 20s) because may did. she'd been turned by a young vampire who offered a more steady life, they would get a paid off house where peter could live a healthy life, in exchange she would be the (admittedly cute) vampires date to a gathering. peter had obviously found out pretty quickly and makes may turn him into one too so they could be together. who goes with may to the gathering and that's where he meets tony.
peter who immediately falls for tony. who looks at him with gleaming eyes and if his heart was still beating it would pounding against his chest. who is excited when he finds out about tony's large brain and only finds him that much more attractive.
tony who is only slightly hesitant to start flirting with peter because of the age gap but he quickly gets over it. he wouldn't hide the fact that he was flirting and he'd lay it on thick. tucking a strand of hair behind peters ear, touching his cheekbone, calling him pretty and handsome. he'd offer peter a drink at the bar and laugh too much at his jokes, thankful it was a private event of only other vampires so they didn't have to worry about anyone getting mad about two men hitting it off. (feel like vampire bonds are too tight to care about sexuality even in the 18th century)
starker who are equally excited for the biweekly gatherings so they could see each other again and talk, laugh and gossip about the old and new vampire drama in a corner of the room with wine glasses in hand. who start to date after a multiple weeks of this and begin to send each other letters in between the weeks. who get married after a little more a year together after tony seeked mays approval. who move in together in tony's large house and were living happily.
until the hunting restarted. it happens every couple of centuries, a sudden wave of people who are deep believers in vampires and believe they are evil. some vampires die, even more innocent people do. because of the hunting, the gatherings stop to protect everyone. they thought they were safe. they followed all the rules but eventually one rumor turned into two and then three and soon enough the were packing to leave to a different city mikes away wher none of the rumors would matter.
it happened on a sunny day, only three days before the planned date to leave. peter had assured tony that he'd be fine home alone as tony went to grab the last remaining necessities from a nice villager. when he arrived home he found peter lying on the living room floor with a deep stab wound to his chest, blood dribbling out of his lips. tony dropped everyting and ran to peter and prayed they missed his heart or used a weapon that wouldn't kill a vampire but it was too late, he was gone.
tony held the boy close to his chest and stroked his hair, willing him to come back to life. they had a traditional funeral for peter and tony was dry faced the entire time, almost as if he could process what had happened. he didn't know how to deal with the pain, he destroyed every object in his house and then cradled the last in tact picture he had.
he never got over his lovers death and he had a certain opinion on humans after that. he never hurt any nor did he hate all of them but he definitely didn't like them and before his relationship with them wasn't strained, he would talk and joke with them easily but now being near them just reminded him of his pain. everyday he wore a necklace with a vial of peters blood everywhere he went, he'd hold it in his hand when anything stressful happened.
as the centeries went by and goth became a bigger aesthetic, vampires became one too (he has strong opinions on twilight) and the danger of hunts dwindled down but tony's guard was never fully down. he eventually got to know some humans who weren't terrible people and befriended them. he still had his family name and was even more rich than before because his father decided to use their large brains to own a company.
peter who was reborn and he looked exactly the same, pretty doe eyes and brown hair with a young face no matter how much he aged. same name and birthday, favorite foods and movies alike. he was smart and nerdy, a little geeky and wasn't very popular in school. he grew up in a run down apartment with his aunt may most of his life until he moved to go to college at MIT so almost the same boy tony fell in love with all those years ago but modernized.
they'd meet again when tony walked into his usual coffee shop and he was looking down at his phone when he was in line so he wouldn't notice until it was his turn to order. his order trails off as he looks up and his heart drops the same way it did when he found the boy laying in his own blood. peter would laugh softly and ask him to say his order again and that when tony snaps out of his trance with an apology. from that day forward he stops by at the exact same time in hopes of finding peter there and he does! sometimes. not nearly as much as he wants to but enough times that peter recognizes him now.
tony tries his best to be normal but peter notices the looks. he can see the way tony stares longingly and the way there's always something on the tip of his tongue. eventually after many months of wanting looks and a confession that dares to slip, the boy writes down his number on the cup and hopes his shot hits. he only did it because ned and mj had convinced him to make a move on the cute customer at his new job.
when tony notices the number he nearly jumps for joy but he's scared, scared to open his heart up again but it was him, how could he say no? so he sucks up his hesitance and messages the boy with a simple hi and smiley face and when they get to texting, everything falls into place just like it did centuries ago. eventually tony asks him out on a date which peter is more than happy to agree to. they go to a fancy resturant where peter was kinda freaking out at for two reasons, it was a first date with an attractive man and it was at an expensive resturant but it goes well. they laugh and talk, everything is...perfect.
snd thst scares tony. the last time things were perfect, peter ended up dead. and he thought about telling the boy the truth but he found that hard and he's not sure how this peter will react to him being a vampire so he keeps it on the low and everything goes by smoothly. many dates later and they are officially boyfriends and tony's met may (again) and it goes well because tony already knows everything about the woman so it was easy to get along.
now peters a smart boy so when tony's phrases are a little off, he tilts his head in confusion. the little phrases that are outdated and all the "back in my day"s had him questioning things. it isn't until peter sees the necklace around the man's neck that he is debating confronting him because goth was not tony's aesthetic so why does he have a vial of blood on a necklace? and when he asks tony, if he could go pale he would've. he stumbled over his words and told the truth, it's the blood of a past lover and that kinda freaks peter out a little bit because once again, tony's not goth so why would this be a thing he was interested in doing. he'd understand a lock of hair, something less vampiric, but it just wasn't something that seemed like tony would be about.
eventually the topic is dropped and peter just shrugs his shoulders and they move on. things come out when they've been dating for over a year, tony decides he can't hold this secret any longer and tell him the truth about him and when peter laughs it off and jokes about him sparkling in the sun, tony shows off his fangs and that has peter stunned. if he was freaked about the vial of blood, this? this is a whole new level. but in the end, peter hears the man out fully and that when he learns about their past.
peter who needs a little bit to process everything but eventually he comes back to tony and they stay together and peter asks the stupidest questions which make tony grin brightly because his boy was back and he didn't reject him. he left for a couple of weeks to consider everything but he came back and that's what mattered. he doesn't tell may, they keep it a secret from everyone and neither of them bring up tony turning him into a vampire, they enjoy the moments as they come.
it isn't until the years slip by and peter grows older that the topic comes to hand and it's peter who brings it up one night while they cuddled in bed. he whispered if tony would ever turn him and tony pauses for a moment. he shrugged and told him the dangers of it all and then peter looks at him and tells him that he wants to spend the rest of forever together with him and that's all the confirmation tony needed. they don't do it that night or the night after, it happens in an intimate way after they made an entire day about it--almost like a ceremony but between the two of them.
they end up living together through the years, moving to a new place with group of vampires every century to not rise suspicion and tony made it his personal job not to let anything ever happen to peter again.
