Let it Be

I am human, stuck in the friction of the crowd, so I get angry. But I am also rational. I can understand people; I can see why things happen the way they do. Every time I get angry, these two sides fight inside my head. I’m not detached enough to feel nothing. I’m stuck here—understanding everything, yet still furious.

That’s why I like saying, "Whatever" or "Let it go." It stops the fight. I realize that obsessing over others isn't worth it, and getting trapped in this struggle isn't worth it either. So I just say, let it be. And I put it down. I understand my feelings, and I understand theirs. In the end, it’s just the friction of people rubbing against people.

yeah, it's me. I'm so anxious about my thesis that I'm only sleeping from 1 AM to 6 AM every day, yet I still haven't started writing.

(Side note, this is the machine I’m currently running at work. Also, while I’d love to be a big fluffy creature like them, I’m glad I don’t have fur that would be constantly filling up with grease and metal shavings. Still do wish I could be a big fluffy bug thing. Also also, there are more warnings on the actual machine than I was able to draw.)
