Also, I heard people hate Oito for swapping the babies and not telling Kurapika? HELLO???

What, you wanted her to do nothing? Her baby's life is at stake, you expected her to not do anything? She outsmarted Kurapika once for the interview, you thought she'd stop here???? I prefere characters who are actively trying to save their butt how ever they can than simply relying on others

Oh yeah she didn't tell Kurapika but you know what they say: "if you want to deceive your enemies, deceive your allies first"

Also, Oito seems to care for her sister's baby as well. Maybe not as much as for her own daughter but she still tried to protect him even if only with her arms. And she trusted him each time he seemed to trust Kurapika

Kurapika lost some of his lifespan for nothing because they couldn't get any information with the stolen capacity, not because Oito switched the babies

The main problem is if Woble-boy is the son on Beyond

WAIT! Is that why the french official translation used "he" when referring to Woble since they are on the ship????? They described her as a "daughter" in the chapter where Kurapika holds her when he meets the queen

I thought that the multiple years gap between each volume caused the translator to forget that Woble is a girl but maybe the japanese version contains a detail and/or the french translator got words from the japanese editor

It's freaking hot where I live so here's "geopolitics in Inazuma Eleven" since I made one for MFB:

- Autralia: sea men, posts fake information on them

- Qatar: smart, uses the weather at their advantage

- South Korea: borrowed (or lended?) 3 excellent players from Japan. Strongest opponent in Asia. Playing against them can lead to serious injuries apparently

- United Kingdom: smokings, looks down on those who are not as dignified as them

- USA: pals to their pals pals

- Argentina: has one of the best players and the guy knows it

- Italy: pals and they have a Japanese player in their team

- Brazil: forced to cheat while they are in fact super strong. Also rich people exploit the poors

- Costail: people discovered a new country. Curacao from Inazuma Eleven except they went to finals

- Japan: how the hell did you make it so far?

Android will no longer be open

I found out about this just now because there's a big warning on F-Droid, which I recently installed.

According to KeepAndroidOpen.org:

In August 2025, Google announced that as of September 2026, it will no longer be possible to develop apps for the Android platform without first registering centrally with Google. This registration will involve: -Paying a fee to Google -Agreeing to Google’s Terms and Conditions -Providing government identification -Uploading evidence of the developer’s private signing key -Listing all current and future application identifiers

So, expect lots of Android developers and their apps to be flushed out of Play Store.

As Android device owners, we won't get to install what we want, only the g00gle-compliant apps from g00gle-approved developers.

Gnosia episode 21

Not a fan of the last 3 episodes but I enjoyed this anime as a whole. I definitely understand why Setsu is so popular. They didn't give me a strong impression when I watched a let's play of gnosia so I was sceptical as to why people like them so much

Still would have loved to hear more about them, like why they seem to think their life is less important than others 'cause I doubt it's only because of the military. I wanted Gnos to be more involved too since they created a Bug that could cause the universe to be destroyed.

Loved the chara designs! Loved how Raqio is actually very nice but you don't get to see it until the end

But poor Setsu didn't get to end their loop when everyone escaped without any Gnosia aboard. They deserve the best ending!

Oh so that's how they use the Love/Friendship parameter in the anime? Kinda nice

I do hope Yuri will not just loop again until he finds Setsu in a loop. It would be a too easy solution writing-wise

Come on writers, give me a less predicted solution, like something involving Gnos or Bugs or the kind of virtualisation of your mind that the Shrine Maidens perform. We don't know much about these, it would be killing 2 birds with one stone!

Unfortunately, since the game needs you to start a new save in order for you to save Setsu, it probably will simply be Yuri using the Silver Key once again. But I hope I'm wrong

I really like how Yuri mentions that maybe Setsu wanted to disappear from a happy world where they're not needed anymore to actually be able to help someone (Yuri), even if it means they'll suffer. In the loop in which they get their Silver Key, they look like all they care about is helping people without any self-preservation. In my experience, people like this often tend to either not see any self-value if they can't be useful or want to disappear from this world

I'm not surprised that Silver Keys can be found in random shops. It seems to be a kind of hidden place and the military didn't bat an eye at Comet who departed her planet illegally and Remnan who was basically kidnapped, abused and frozen until he escaped. Not to mention that Comet is wearing a dangerous slime

Plus, it's totally possible that the shop keeper doesn't know what a Silver Key looks like. Except Raqio and the 2 who holds one and maybe our Shrine Maiden, no one knew anything about it
