I...accept that.  You have every right to feel that way because all of what you just said is true.  I will admit, a part of me did bristle a bit at the statement, but my first instinct was not to lash out.  I suppose I’ve still got some settling in to do here.  I just wanted you to know I will not be attempting to...interfere with you and I regret making you feel unsafe before.
