“And why would I not? Do you not recognize me?” Altair frowned, shifting his stance as his other hand drew his own sword.
Haytham hesitated, looking at the other man intently. "...you look somehow familiar, but, no, I do not know you."
+falcon-of-faith
“Your life.” Altair muttered as he strode closer, hidden blade now in view from beneath the leather sheath. “Templar..”
Haytham's hand went to his sword. "I would not recommend that," he said smoothly, drawing the blade.

"Good day, sir..." Haytham inclined his head towards the man. "Is there something you require?"

Connor looked to the man, smiling. “I have yet to give you grandchildren. Perhaps you will live to see them.” The native inhaled deeply, turning his horse up the incline to the Homestead.
Haytham looked at Connor in some surprise, nudging his horse to follow. "I sincerely hope so, Connor," he said honestly.
"It's like a cloud of death, really. Ruins water, kills plants and people, makes food scarce" she shrugged and got up. "So, what's next, sir?" She smiled at him warmly, almost child like. "Anything you'd like to do?"
Haytham nodded, still a little wary of her. "That depends, madam. What do you wish to do?"
"This is my fourth month." She said keeping her voice low. "And it can only be yours." She explained as she put her hands in her stomach. "So before you ask me that question and all...." She trailed off seeing his reaction. "You don't look so good."
Haytham nodded mutely. "Of course..." he said, after getting over the initial shock of the knowledge. "I will assist as much as possible," he said, nodding. "What- what do you wish of me?"

Ezio nodded his head in acknowledgement. “A good day to you as well. There is nothing that I require from a Templar.”
Haytham sighed, shrugging. "Very well. There is little I would wish to assist an Assassin with."
“England? I always heard that was a good place. And well, it may have it’s problems, but it’s surely much better than radioactivity.” The robot sat on the ledge of the ship, swaying her legs and whistling. “I still am really starting to love this era more and more than my own.”
Haytham shrugged. "It is good enough. But crowded, and rather dirty." He looked at her, a slight frown crossing his face. "I do not know what that is," he said, as she mentioned radioactivity. Her mention of so many unknown things was making him uneasy.

“Well, after her death. I was raised by my people for a while, but they sent me to the assassins.” He trotted on, turning back to him. “The rest is just training and such. No time for anything else, really.”
Haytham nodded, flinching a little at the mention of the Assassins. Sometimes...he wondered if he made the correct decision, joining with the Templars. "I see..."
"Well, alright then. I'm not afraid of heights, that's all." The bot smiled, looking over the ship and then staring out at the sea, leaning over the edge. "It's been awhile since I've seen the sun, never seen the ocean, but nonetheless this place is quite.. amazing."
Haytham nodded, looked at the ocean as well. "Amazing? Hardly. It has more than its share of problems," he said, thoughtfully. "But, still, I do believe it is a sight better than old England."

The male nodded, looking back at the road. “That is nice to hear…”
Haytham nodded. They rode some way in silence. "What of you? How...how have you fared?"
"Really? How lame." Her arms crossed and frowned. "The men have all the fun jobs this time, it certainly doesn't stay like that in my time. Women have a bit more freedom, even under ropes of war. But, robots do not." Vector just stuck next to him, calming down a bit and taking in the scene, watching the crew unload.
"A ship would be fun to be on, though. I wonder if my boiler can handle sea water."
Haytham just nodded, not really understanding what she was talking about. As a result, he was quite wary of her. "It's just the way it is. Not even I would climb the rigging. Only sailors do that, which I am not."

“… How have you been all these years? Had much conquests? Any other lovers?” Connor finally spoke, looking to his father.
Haytham looked at the young man in some surprise. "I've been well, Connor." He paused. "Yes, there have been others. None such as your mother, however."
She squeaked, hopping down happily and holding her hood up before rejoining to his side, trying to keep her neck quills retracted and hugging him happily before taking his hand. "You're the best." Vector smiled. "I wanna climb the ropes and pretend to be a sailor, and fight pirates with a sword, and uh.. what else do sailors do?"
Haytham looked at her, a little sharply. "That won't be possible, I'm afraid. You must maintain more decorum than that. I understand that you are unused to this place, but people, especially women, do not act that way."
