So about Season 3 Episode 5 of Banshee

Spoilers

First time watching the series and because I’m living in denial I’ve decided that Siobhan didn’t die at the end of that episode. They got her to the hospital in time and managed to save her life but she’s going to need top notch medical care so Hood had Job use some hacker Magic to move her to a better facility out of state. Also to protect her from Chayton, the Redbones, and Proctor Job also faked her death. The Funeral was a charade to sell that she was dead to the masses. Hood’s guilt was just over Siobhan being seriously hurt because of him. After Hood has dealt with Proctor and made sure Deva is going to be okay, he’s going to find Siobhan, tell her the truth about everything, and they’re going to have a wonderful life together.

I know it’s not true but I’m just going to stay on my little dinghy of denial and if anyone wants to join me I’ll make some room.

A truck driver used to amuse himself by running over lawyers he would see jogging on the side of the road. Every time he would see a lawyer jogging along the street, he would swerve to hit him. After hearing the loud "THUD," he would swerve back on the road. 

One day, as the truck driver was driving along he saw a priest hitchhiking, so he stopped to pick him up

The priest climbed into the passenger seat and the truck driver continued driving. Suddenly the truck driver saw a lawyer jogging up ahead, and immediately regretted picking up the priest. "Surely I can't run over a lawyer with a priest in the truck!" he thought.

Then he had an idea. He would pretend to fall asleep. The driver pretended to nod off, the truck drifted to the right, and he heard that satisfying "Thud."

"Did I hit that lawyer? Did I hit that lawyer?" the truck driver asked, pretending to wake up suddenly.

"No," said the priest. "But I got him with the door."

I think it's extremely funny when people recommend their favourite things like 'yeah every single thing about it sucks and it's impossible to recommend it to anyone, but it's still the best thing in the world and fundamentally changed me as a person' because it's just such a universal thing to do, like I've done that, I've seen so many people do that, life is beautiful, it also sucks, but you just gotta stick with it, trust me
