Kimchi and Harusame Soup
Ingredients: 20g harusame (vermicelli)
Moderate amount of kimchi
1 beaten egg
Sliced green onion (garnish)
Soup:
250mL water
2 tsp chicken stock
1 tsp soy sauce
1) Boil the ingredients for the soup together, add the kimchi and harusame. Leave alone for two minutes
2)Add the egg while stirring, leave alone until it is fluffy and firm
3) Add the green onions and enjoy!
