This week I learnt my friend passed away from Coronavirus. We met way back in 2008 when she was my air hostess on a flight out of Basra Iraq to Jordan. We clicked straight away. Even learning we have the same birthdays. We dated for a short time but due to her living in South Africa and I was in England it was just to far to work. We stayed friends and talked on and off but always had a laugh, joke and were honest to each other. She was a wonderful person, always smiling joking and a pure joy to be around. I am beyond devastated she is gone and the world has lost someone remarkable. I hope this does you justice and I will always remember eating cake with our credit cards as we were to cheap to get cutlery. I miss you my friend and I will see you one day.
