Hey, look. This picture was taken back in 2013. You know, when it was still cool to be a Republican. Haha, fuck that. But come on, it does look like a guy who either A) wants to talk to you sincerely about how Alt-Right stuff and/or wants to explain red pill/blue pill, or B) A guy giving a seminar on how the Bible can help you make money.
