i can’t do this, sam.

i know. it’s all wrong. by rights we shouldn’t even be here. but we are. it’s like in the great stories, mr frodo. the ones that really mattered. full of darkness and danger they were. and sometimes you didn’t want to know the end. because how could the end be happy? how could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened?

but in the end, it’s only a passing thing, this shadow. even darkness must pass. a new day will come. and when the sun shines it will shine out clearer. those were the stories that stayed with you. that meant something. even if you were too small to understand why. but i think, mr frodo, i do understand. i know now. folks in those stories had lots of chances of turning back only they didn’t. because they were holding on to something.

My dream for the election is that it’s definitive. I want a 2012-style Election Day where everyone built it up beforehand to possibly be close but then the results start rolling in and it was like “Oh, nevermind. It’s obviously Obama. Everyone go to bed.”

I just want voters to put a stake right through the heart of Trumpism so that it crumbles to ash before our eyes. That’s the dream.

I’m mid-ep 9 and my currently theory is that the nurse was Sazz’s protege and she’s going to try and kill Glen Stubbins in the hospital.

Although I guess then Glen would have recognized her? Ok backup theory in progress.

I was right about him being killed in the hospital!! But not the nurse

It’s clearly someone we would recognize or they wouldn’t go to all the trouble to hide his face

Something to do with the person they’re talking about on tv? Gang affiliation?

SCRIPT GUY IS THE SAME ONE FROM PROJECT RONKOKO!
