as much as i love tk, carlos, judd, grace n all the 126 gang, the way lone star is written just leaves me so unsatisfied every ep, missing pivotal plots half the time (uh? deciding to move in together off screen? ok sure), questionable character choices and too much godddamn rob lowe

The fact that those two men sat across from a serial arsonist and heard “I’ll take what’s most important from you” and neither of them thought “oh hey, our sons live together. That would be an easy way to almost literally kill two birds with one stone”.

There is one major thing I’d change. I want to erase that toxic Tarlos moment in the firehouse because TK pushing Carlos was wrong and they didn’t even address it. It was unsettling and didn’t settle right to me. The writers shouldn’t have done that to Carlos and it wasn’t fair to TK’s character either tbh. There were many good moments but that wasn’t one.
