University Project

For my linguistics course in English, I have to conduct a study on my own this semester.

I am focusing on the speech act apology, and I’m doing an online questionnaire for this. It takes about 5 minutes to complete and it would help me very much. It is completely in English, but I am looking for people who are learners of english, (as second, third,… language, it doesn’t matter at which level), not native speakers.

Would you like to help me help others make science?

Frequently I have links to surveys on my dash, that students made because they wanted to gather their own data for a school/college project and that is wonderful. Only it can be very difficult to get visibility, and this is where I would like to see if I can help. The only purpose of this blog is to collect and signal boost all kinds of student data gathering. Any level of studies, high school, undergrad, doctoral, it’s all good. I don’t care about the field either, everything is welcome here.

So if you would be so good and first of all follow this blog, and second of all tag me in any data gathering posts so I can reblog them here. Let’s see if together we can make tumblr science making a bit easier!
