A guide to Batu caves MalayAsia It is limestone hill that has a series of caves and cave temples in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia. It takes its name from the Sungai Batu (Stone River), which flows past the hill. It is the tenth (பத்து - Pathu in Tamil) limestone hill from Ampang. Batu Caves is also the name of a nearby village. To get to the Temple Cave, you will need to climb the steep 272 steps to the top of the Batu Caves. As,it was very sunny day when we went to batu caves.When I saw the temple I remember Shahrukh Khan film chenai express in which he carried Depika up to the temple and my husband was like this is not a movie it's reality so go up by yourself. When I saw the steps I was like I can not do it.My husband said he is going alone. Do show some love and engagement because without we are nothing. Raan roast (leg roast) Eid Mubarak to all of you. As,all of you will be busy in Eid and hosting dinners for each other. Here’s a small gift 🎁 for all people in form of leg roast recipe Ingredients: - cashew nuts 1/4 cup - almond 1/4 cup - water 1/4 cup or as required - green chillies 10-12 - yogurt strained 1 cup - black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp - salt to taste - turmeric powder 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp or to taste - meat tenderizer 1 1/2 tbsp - ginger garlic paste 3tbsp - Mutton 1 1/2 kg Directions: - In spice mixer add cashew nuts, almonds and grind well. - Add water and grind to make a paste and set aside. - In spice mixer add green chillies, water , grind well and set aside. - In a bowl add yogurt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, meat tenderizer, green chillies paste almonds + cashew nuts paste whisk well and set aside - Wash and pat dry mutton leg - Prick and add marks/cuts on mutton leg. - Now add prepared marination, rub evenly and let it marinate for overnight in refrigerator (reserve 1/2 cup marination for later use). - On baking tray place aluminium foil and butter pepper, place marinated mutton leg with marinade and seal the foil properly. - Bake in preheated oven at 180’ C for 1 hr 15 mints then grill (uncovered) in preheated oven at 180 C for 20 mints each side. [chicken pepper steak] Steaks Ingredients ☑️ chicken breast 2 ☑️ crushed garlic 1tsp ☑️ chilli sauce 2 tbsp ☑️ soya sauce 2 tbsp ☑️ Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp ☑️ Hp sauce 1 tbsp ☑️ salt 1/4 tsp ☑️ black pepper 1/4 tsp ☑️ rose mary 1/2 tsp ☑️ oil 2 tbsp Preparation ▪️Marinate chicken 🐓 with all ingredients. ▪️Heat 1 tbsp oil and grill chicken for 10 minutes till it is ready. ▪️Then add pepper sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Desoi national park The Deosai National Park is a high-altitude alpine plain and second largest plateau in northern Pakistan. It is located within Skardu District in Gilgit Baltistan. Deosai Plains are situated at an average elevation of 4,114 meters (13,497 ft) above sea level.It is second highest pleateau in the world. I have travelled Skardu before with my parents but this time I went with my husband and group. At that I didn't go to deosai national park. It is truly a heaven. We travelled by jeep. It is said that weather of deosai can't be forecasted before because you never know when it started raining and when sun can come. We went in start of august. It was extreme hot in main city skardu. We hired jeeps to travel there because there is no proper road to go there. It took us 5-6 hrs to reach there. The thing I like the most about park was that when we entered the park area the authority give us shopper bags to throw garbage. Deosai national park is also famous for browns bears. [singaporean rice] Ingredients for chicken gravy ✔️oil 2tbsp ✔️ginger garlic paste 1tsp ✔️cut chicken in strips ✔️ketchup 3tbsp ✔️salt to taste ✔️soya sauce 2tbsp ✔️sugar 1tbsp ✔️Kuti laal Mirch 1tsp ✔️black pepper 1/2 tsp ✔️boiling water 1cup Preparation ➖ put oil in pan. Add ginger garlic paste to oil. ➖ Then add chicken into it. When colour changes add all spices and sauces to chicken. ➖ Stir it for 2-4 mints then add sugar and ketchup. After that to thin the consistency of gravy add water as required. Ingredients for noodles 🔘oil 2tbsp 🔘ginger garlic paste 1tsp 🔘cabbage cut in strips 1cup 🔘carrot cut in strips 1/2 cup 🔘capsicum cut in strips 1/2 cup 🔘salt to taste 🔘black pepper powder 1/2tsp 🔘soya sauce 1tbsp 🔘chilli sauce 1tbsp (optional) 🔘boiled noodles Preparation ▶️ Add oil in pan. Add ginger garlic paste to it. ▶️ Then add all vegetables stir fry for 7-10 mints and then add all spices and sauces. ▶️ Then add noodles to it. And your noodles are ready. Note: singaporean rice can be serve with plain as well Chinese rice.Its up to you. Some people have in born confidence but in most of the people we family friends and people around you have to support you which builds confidence in you👥. Nowadays the thing lack is support which is leading to under confidence in the youngsters. We can start thinking from very small level if we get bad score in school and college our parents our family will say you can not anything in your life.
