To ease processing congestion at the jail, young women who are placed under arrest are now required to don their jail and court outfits at their place of residence.  All jewelery worn such as wedding and engagement ring, necklaces from parents, and all personal identifications is bagged and tagged, and also the prisoner is fitted with a wristband and they are locked in court-approved restraints.  They are then loaded into a paddy-wagon with individual micro-cells for each woman before being taken to the Baker Street holding facilities.
