ok guys, in 2026 we’re shifting our mindset. no more “this bad thing is happening to me.” we’re leaving it at “this bad thing is happening.” because 99% of the things that happen in a day are not happening to spite you. no more internally perpetrating this notion that you are being punished for whatever it is about you that you think makes you deserving of punishment. things happen! in most cases, it’s however we’re feeling that day that makes it “good” or “bad” or not even worth a reaction, so don’t use it as an opportunity to reinforce negative thoughts!
