I am sorry friend but this ritual is a duty only the mayor of Pelican Town can perform.

I know you’re new to Pelican Town’s Tumblr, but I’ve seen all your posts and think you’re a really cool guy! Thank God you’re at least marginally better than that IDIOT Lewis. YOBA, I can’t believe we all tolerated him for so long!

If you want to know the truth… honestly, I think YOU should be mayor! I know you wouldn’t make me use a second, worse suggestion box to “curb my ego problems”, nor would you make me pay such high taxes… plus, I’m a little worried about the Jojamart brown-nosers in the monarch’s inner circle. Just think about it— I could be your second in command! I think a system like that would be mutually beneficial and very fun.

…That being said, I’m sure we can agree that ANYTHING is better than LEWIS, hahaha!!! I hope you have a GREAT day!!! 😁😁😁

Truly it makes sense why he seems to treat you that way with how you have spoken to me about it. This really makes me think that Lewis should consider staying away if more and more people think like you do

Congratulations citizens of PELICAN TOWN, i have returned to be mayor of PELICAN TOWN. Billiam has not returned with me...but I am glad to be back to hopefully keep things in order.

The flowers look wonderful though, so theres that!

If anyone tries to bring anymore cardboard crowns I'm grabbing the flamethrower
