High praise coming from Katniss. Resourceful is the rarest quality Katniss gives anyone in the original trilogy; in the first book she uses it for her family (her hunting, Prim's healing and goat herding, Burdock's teachings) and in Catching Fire she calls Maysilee Donner resourceful for the lethal blowgun use and her diligent food usage.

If Prim had survived Peeta would have been the best brother-in-law ever. I can see him painting her nails with whatever special design or image she wants. Learning to do fancy hairstyles for his little sister. Helping build a pen for the goats she eventually owns.
