I've let this question stay in my mind for some time and I feel like an answer is being shaped in my mind.
12th housers' main issue is knowing on some level what is going on. but when i say on some level, i mean on a very deep and hidden level. the neptunian connection to the human subconscious that we all talk about is real.
so people with 12th house placements often feel naked in front of these currents. like, there is an amount of healthy delusion people have to sustain in order to not feel constantly threatened by reality. you just need to remain centered in your own self and body, in your own abilities, because this is what protects you from disintegration. and when you're so sensitive towards other people's thoughts and motivation and intentions, to the dynamics in the world, you are forced to be the witness to a lot of cruelty. it takes you out of your own skin and you may find yourself drifting, feeling lost in life.
I've actually noticed feelings of paranoia are quite a common occurrence with 12th house people. you have to deal with this sensitivity in some way. when you listen to it too much, you get paranoid because you feel like you have no agency, nothing firm to protect you. you're out there for everyone. might sound a bit too dramatic to someone but 12th housers frequently feel like they can't shut themselves off from people's "hidden" side. and that feeling of dread somehow mixes with your intuition and makes you create haunting dark scenarios in your head. this brings you to the common dilemma: is it paranoia or intuition??

but still, faith in yourself is the way to go. it's the ultimate piscean gift. when you're armed with patience and trust in the process and your place in it, it gets easier to trust your intuition. you stop being triggered by it. you stop trying to draw a "confession" out of people. you stop feeling sad and rejected without being able to explain why. you stop trying to convince yourself in things that seem reasonable but don't quite make sense to you. you stop living by the rules people expect you to follow but never made you feel whole.
second, embodiment is the next step. your body is what stands between you and getting lost in the collective, in everyone else. you need to be able to withdraw back into your own autonomy.
work out. try to sharpen your senses and to stay in touch with them. make a ritual out of listening to the needs of your body just like you listen to everyone else.

So first things, Aries is in its planetary ruler here, so Aries feels very comfortable here, enough for a person to really see how Mars’ natural traits can manifest. With the good side though (their daring energy and ability to just be true to who they are), there’s also the bad side. Can I just drag you guys first for a bit? Gemini Mars are masters of being passive-aggressive. One minute they want to just have fun, the next they want to be serious. Okay, I’m done dragging. In terms of their vibe Gemini Mars are interesting creatures, and they like things spicy, they want something fun and thrilling. This also means they can be very playful, both in a way where they can play jokes on you (so get away from them if you consider yourself sensitive) and also in a way where they’re not too serious and in-deep in the things they do. Something I see about Mars in Leo people is that they can be dramatic, but a modest dramatic. Similar to Aries Mars, Libra Mars know what they want (contrary to popular belief for fellow indecisive Libra). But with them, getting what they want take a bit of a different route. They don’t take the path of hot, quick and straight to it. But rather, they take things into consideration first before being anything is implemented (which can then lead to their indecision). In essence, they take their time. And I don’t make it takes a long time. I mean they’re basically careful and attentive to what’s required for what they’re about to put their energy into. They try make anything they put their energy into seem graceful, or at least cool and simple.
With relationships and all, funny enough, I don’t see many of them being the type to prioritize romantic relationships. They actually like focusing on themselves and creating their lifestyle and building their image. However, if the opportunity presents itself and it seems like a good one, they are the most thoughtful and loving beings you could ever date. It’s just about you not taking them for granted.

So being the cardinal sign they are, they’ll act on it and try to finish it [I think its because there’s not much to think about, all they have to do is just do. This is where the devil comes to play. With a Scorpio Mars person. From romantic connections, to friends, to their professional life, things for a Scorpio Mars are just about looking at everything through a deep/occult lens. Doesn’t necessarily actually devilish or dark or whatever, but just that it merely goes beyond what’s simple. And what’s fun is that they play it cool. Until they get bored, and then it’s a new cycle all over again.
🦾 Capricorn Mars 🦿
The most respected and most respectful Mars sign of all zodiac signs. These people have an aura that is attractive in a masculine way (even if they are females). When I say masculine I mean they seem ‘in control’ and protective, over themselves and over other people, in a healthy way. They’re also smart and know what to do and when to do it, and when they do it, it’s serious and it involves self-control. These people are big on self-control, self-respect and self-care. That’s what makes them pretty attractive. And that’s what they’d like in a partner as well, but can also balance their rather masculine energy (so someone who has a soft and angelic aura, but is also serious and has self-respect).

Probably the most focused and intelligent Mars sign there is. And with their focused energy comes with confidence. Like, these individuals are confident. It’s the type where only when you get close to them, you feel like they look like they’ve got their shit together (they may be crumbling inside though, but they’ll slice their arm off before they show that). It’s not necessarily a façade however, they actually believe in themselves and want to surround themselves with people who believe in themselves as well. Oh and Mars is a bit of a selfish planet, so Aquarius being here doesn’t actually mean they’re the humanitarians they’re always classed as. Rather, they use the energy they have in themselves to motivate you. So when it comes to sharing, it’s tit for tat. You pretty much have to show them that you’re caring enough so they can see where the standard is.
Physically? I’ve never seen these people being fitness fanatics much, so I don’t think they’re prone to working out. They just aren’t phased to look a certain way for other people. Man I don’t think there’s a sign that seeks or creates comfort for themselves than this placement. They like and want peace. As much as Mars isn’t the planet of love, it does still rule energy and that energy can be put anywhere. I just found this comment left on a 12th house youtube video on trusting your intuition in relationships.
There was something the commenter said here that is really important to understand as a 12th house person: “I was feeling her feelings about them through me. Because I was energetically connected to her. And I was also picking up on the other guys’ personal problems like drug addiction. I was actually wanting to do drugs”.
It is so important as a 12th house person that you do not underestimate the extent of your energetic field. Do not underestimate how far your psychic sensitivities reach.
This guy is talking about a phenomenon I’ve also experienced but couldn’t quite make sense of in the past. I used to have a friend that was a lot more extroverted than me. She would often talk to me on facetime in between two other calls. Like she had just spoken to someone before and she had another call scheduled right after me. And I could feel that. It’s like I could feel the other people in her head - in her mind. I could just feel their presence through her and I didn’t like that cause it felt like I was dealing with more people than just the one person I was interacting with before me.
This is why it’s so important for you to curate your social circles with the utmost diligence, precision and love for yourself. People may react poorly to you not wanting to be around them and, let me tell you, that has to be okay. It has to. You have no idea what you’re exposing yourself to just by allowing certain people to have access to you and your energetic field. And when I say energetic field, I mean even just allowing people to occupy your mental and emotional space - or in layman’s terms - living in your mind rent free. Sometimes just thinking about friends of people in my circle torments me. And it’s not just my own reaction to them, it’s because I’m experiencing their internal conflicts and turmoil just through hearing about them from another person. Or seeing a post of theirs for 30 seconds on social media.
You can be so fucked up just because of the people that have access to your psychic field. And yes, friends of your friends, or anyone you experience frequently have that access unless you set up boundaries. This guy genuinely wanted to do drugs because he was merging with the field of a drug addict through the girl he was hooking up with!
Please look out for yourself. Cleanse your social circles regularly. Only allow people who feel good to you to be close to you. And watch your friends’ friends too.
