Every tipes of music contain a lot of different sub-genre. I think that metal is the most widely cause you can't say: hey I listen to metal; excuse me what kind of metal? Because between black metal or power metal we have lot's of different ways of playing it. The essential different is the meaning of lyrics, but we can find different style of guitar playing, drumming (double pedal for example). Simply try to listen all.
