I know you are all excited

about decorations by now. And that somehow they comfort you and that maybe you get too chipper while fixing them and drink a glass of whine or two while dancing to Jingle bells and rocking Rudolph’s red nose on your face. I do too. But seriously, be careful guys. Just today, three people fell on their asses while getting the Christmas lights on their roof, two got injured while putting the tree on their house and one had to get a Christmas ornament removed from some body part I can’t safely mention here . Get some chill and try and keep yourselves in one piece.

As much as I love “Hello” by Adele – if I hear this song one more time, I think it’s gonna drive me insane. The guys at the station keep putting it on, though I guess it’s only fair. After all, they had to endure “Uptown Funk” for a long time. Still do whenever I feel like it actually. It’ll always be number one.

I never thought that Hello would be the sort of song that would be on replay on a fire station ...it is actually sort of endearing
