Crackle (a haunted candy creature in the shape of an adult woman, pieced together by the ghosts of the missing kids from bits of candy they collected from around the building because they wanted a protector. Buried deep inside of her candy body is the (haunted) phone from the week before. The actual spirits attached to her are Bronwen Light and Ralph, but she's also created from all of the emotions that had bled into the building itself over the years, most of which are positive, as well as the desire of the adults of hurricane to protect/find/help the missing kids.)
