No because why did they cut this in most versions (i think only the original american version of the pilot has it?)... It's like barely 10 seconds longer than the original scene and it adds so much context with why is Lex overprotective of Clark (and tries to buy him off. kinda.) and also Clark's panic because hellooooo he's a barely a teenager and he just went through something intense and let's be real traumatic and he didn't think he was going to survive it and not only he's staring at the place where he should've died he also has not a single scratch on his body like of course he's passing out!!!! (And Lex who is barely alive as well asking him if he's okay!!!! )): )
