His medical depth is that on the outside he has more female presenting hut a male presenting chest more so, still has breast tissue but just flat, his male parts are more inside and stuff. He does have a uterus and it more female anatomical. He just uses he/they mostly.

He didnt really ever feel like he was a girl or a boy just albus.

This was something Harry struggles with too because he didnt ever think this was an option for his child that he loves. And he got even more nervous when ginny and the Wizarding world was shocked of it too sharing that its not as common there as the muggle world.
