▌𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐄 :  Adrien Agreste ▌𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐋𝐄 𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐍 : Pining. ▌𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐒 : All of Adrien’s abilities outside of hobbies come from Miraculous; magical jewels or jewelry that allow the user to transform into magical, animal-themed superheroes. Each miraculous has a specific concept it represents, and the Cat Miraculous he wields represents the concept of destruction. It is extremely powerful. The Ladybug and the Cat, specifically, are far stronger than the other Miraculous, and when used together it’s rumored to give the user near god-like powers. With the Cat, he’s known as the superhero Chat Noir! His special ability is appropriately named “Cataclysm”, once activated, whatever the user touches is affected in a negative manner, usually destroyed; though it can affect items, objects, or even people in lesser ways. Think malfunction, corruption, etc. Adrien tends to avoid using it on people if he can help it, as the implications of “ultimate destruction” are pretty...yikes.

He was briefly akumatized into the super villain “Chat Blanc,” and gifted with the power of infinite destruction. This quite literally nearly brought about the end times, and is a good indication of what can occur if the miraculous get into the wrong hands. He also briefly wielded the Ladybug miraculous, giving him the concept of creation, and the Snake Miraculous, allowing him to rewind time up to wherever it was last saved--a “Second Chance.” With the Cat and Snake put together briefly, he held both of their miraculous abilities.  ▌𝐄𝐘𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐑 : Emerald green! As Chat Noir/Snake Noir/Aspik, he also has green sclera.  ▌𝐇𝐀𝐈𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐑 :  Honey blonde. ▌𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐘 𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐒 : Gabriel Agreste, his father and a world-renowned fashion designer of whom he models the latest trends for. (Oh, and Hawkmoth. Funny that?) Emilie Agreste, his mother, currently in comatose.  Adeline Graham de Vanily, his aunt, an unnamed uncle (now deceased), Felix Graham de Vanily, his cousin.  ▌𝐏𝐄𝐓𝐒 : None! His father doesn’t allow them. He has always wanted one though, Plagg, his kwami, is the closest he has.   ▌𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐘 𝐃𝐎𝐍'𝐓 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄 :  Outside of the obvious, he really doesn’t like signing autographs--he wants to be seen as a normal kid, a normal student, not for his fame or family line. He doesn’t like liars, or secrets, and he especially doesn’t like people who are cruel for the sake of being cruel.  ▌𝐇𝐎𝐁𝐁𝐈𝐄𝐒 / 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :   Fencing, karate/kung fu, playing video games, watching anime, playing piano, learning different languages, reading (primarily classic lit, but also manga), patrolling as Chat Noir, photoshoots (modeling), collecting (figmas; he has Ladybug and Chat Noir figurines and an extensive book/game collection). ▌𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐁𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄 : Yes. He was the direct cause for a few akumatizations.  ▌𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐁𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄 : As Chat Blanc, and in that future pre-Lucky Charm, yes. Chat Blanc’s Cataclysm killed Ladybug and Hawkmoth, as well as the rest of the world’s inhabitants. ▌𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐌𝐀𝐋 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐌 :  Black cat. Or, alternatively, a caged bird. ▌𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐓𝐒 :  He’s still relatively naive, given his sheltered upbringing. On top of that, he has a tendency to give one too many second chances to those who wouldn’t do the same for him. His emotional reactions also can have two extremes, downplaying them in an attempt to ignore his pain, or acting out on an impulse: seen in Copycat and Pire Noel, where he acted out because of his jealousy or his anger. Also extremely rash, even when near-deathly injured. ▌𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄 𝐌𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐒 : His mother, Emilie, Ladybug, and Kagami. ▌𝐒𝐄𝐗𝐔𝐀𝐋 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Asexual biromantic. He’d like to settle down in a small cottage somewhere with his loved one, some ways in the future. Something really cozy! He isn’t sure about kids yet, way too young to be thinking about it, but if asked he doesn’t mind the idea. Would prefer twins or a larger family.   ▌𝐒𝐓𝐘𝐋𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐒 : He mostly dresses in his father’s brands, so a lot of his style is chosen for him. That being said, it’s more casual leaning, with loose tees and button ups and the like.  ▌𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐘 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 : Romantically, Ladybug. i do like the idea of the two being cousins but i think that’s about the only positiv thing about their relationship i can say so current plan is:

keep the cousin relationship. change aunt’s name? ava, adeline, or antoinette?

backstory can be the same, because dressing as each other is kind of funny to think about, but the differences are more distinct

one more little tweak (which i hope was obvious enough in that sleep-deprived post) is that all of the main conflict has to do with gabriel rather than heartbreak; the initial “break the whole world” was due to simultaneously:

not wanting to hurt/essentially kill marinette, who he loves regardless

not wanting to hurt/kill his own father + lose another parent

not wanting to fully succumb to the akuma

i imagine being akumatized (understandably) warps your thinking, so the heartache was amplified (hence why he kept throwing blame towards marinette) while his loyalty to hawkmoth got Bumped, but that wasn’t the main reason behind his akumatization.
