From Positivity To Optimism . Positivity is the ability to see the bright side of a situation in order to protect your thoughts. As ypu already know positive thoughts inspires posititive outlook. Sometimes positivty can mean ignoring reality and negative outcomes just to maintain a positive state. . The challenge with being positive is it might not inspire action it can lead to daydreaming, wishing and fantasy. . This is why optinism is needed. Optimism is not just seeing the bright side because sometimes the bright side may not be visible it involes taking calculated steps hoping it will take you to the light. . Optimism involves positivity thinking and taking micro steps till you get to desired destination. It acknowledges reality and all the emotions accompanied with it. It sees obstacles and challenges and anticipates solurions. Infact optimism is driven by the fact that if nothing is done situation might get worse. . Optimism sees the cup half full, acknowledges it and drinks it if that is that is the best decision to drive result. Optimism believes tough times don't last forever (this too shall pass). .
