[ @hattricks ] Exploring this planet has brought him to another region. One called ‘Galar.’ Turns out, Alola’s just a small part of a much, much larger world. He liked this one a lot better if we’re being honest- for no other reason than the weather was a lot less sunny and felt less foreign to him. As he walked, he noticed a child out of the corner of his eyes.

“Hello, what is your name?” he asked the little girl- who looked young with enviable hair.

Dulse strided through the forest. The sun was hot, plants were itchy, and everything felt so foreign to him. He was a fish out of water, a stranger on a large, water-covered planet. Just out of his eye- he noticed a purple haired woman in a suit. She had an air of authority to her- so he thought talking to her might prove a fruitful effort.

He walked over. “Ehm, ‘Alola’” he greeted, making a robotic, square-shaped gesture with both his hands. “My name is Dulse, what is yours?”

[ @kidsonaquest ] Dulse was frantically pacing back and forth, looking around. Finally he heard footsteps and turned around quite aggressively, as if he was afraid something was coming after him. Once he saw that it was just that human boy Hau, he calmed down and walked over to Hau. “Oh, alola Hau.” that was the boy’s name right? He walked over and traced a large rectangle with both his hands, a corruption of the Alolan greeting that he nor his comrades will ever seem to get right. “Have you seen Zossie? I’ve been looking everywhere for her…” the lanky man said.  

“Dulse! Alola!” Hau returned the greeting by waving his hands in a more circular motion. He’d stopped by Aether to leave an injured Corsola he’d found so it could be taken care of properly, but on his way out he figured he should pay a visit to Dulse and Zossie. It’d been a long time since he last saw them, he wanted to make sure they were still happy in Alola!

He blinked at the question, letting his hands fall back to his sides. “Zossie? No, I thought she’d be with you. Why, do you think something happened to her?”

“She wandered away from me.” Dulse said in his usual flat tone. “She does this all the time, but i worry about her so much because she has a near talent for getting in trouble.” He looked both ways again- as if Zossie will appear out of nowhere at the slightest turn of the head- and sighed. “If you see her, let me know okay?”
