Today I saw a little girl in Whole Foods wearing a homemade t-shirt with Blank Space lyrics on it so I complimented her on it asked her if she went to the 1989 tour last year and she did and we had a really cute five minute conversation about Taylor and her music and her cats and it made me super happy and reminded me what I love so much about the people in this fandom. That's all 😊

Honestly I think we should be prepared for like a year without Taylor guys

I’ve been thinking about it and I honestly think that she is gonna take a year off. And I think she decided it after the grammys. The grammys is when things really started to change (first hair cut for instance). And since then she has grown more and more distant in general. I think she is just riding the rest of this 1989 wave and as soon as the last of the award shows (BMI, Billboard) are done, that’s when her official “break” will probably begin. I’m thinking we won’t see anything from Taylor again until late 2017. Maybe even later:/

BUT I bet that she is going to spend this time off catching up on things that she never got a chance to really do,(like bartending classes, and just being a 20 something) and she’s going to enjoy her first serious relationship for a while, because after all she’s been through that’s probably a real breath of fresh air.

And I bet she is going to be writing amazing music in the mean time and is going to come back with the most mature, insightful album ever. 

Taylor Swift is growing up, and I couldn’t be more happy for her. Have a great break, babe.

taylor’s music was what originally made me realize that I loved to sing. when I was 11, and her first album came out, sitting in my room and singing along to it was all I ever wanted to do. I’ve never gotten over the fact that she manages to write songs that are not only catchy, but have lyrics that everyone can relate to in some way. all too well & clean are two of my favorite songs for the reason that everyone has been in those types of situations. and that’s why I wanted to put them together in a mashup, because it fits together as one story. in the left ear, you’re up at 4 am not being able to forget someone, because maybe you keep looking at their pictures, or you keep thinking about your memories with them. but then in the right ear, you wake up one morning and you realize that you haven’t thought about them for weeks. and the pictures are gone. and you’re finally clean.
