new url! alsoi have decided that i am not going to be following the reboot canon. only thing i will take is: macy getting a job as a geneticist in the city where her sisters live, her mother getting killed by a demon, and her going to her sisters after their mother died bc she was drawn to them. i’m ignoring harry as he is in the show. i’m mostly following the OG Charmed series lore, along with info from research i’ve done into latina magic. also, i’m not using madeline, because she’s not latina and yet she’s playing a latina character. sorry, i’m using an actress who is actually afro-latina: tessa.

first: a reminder that macy is mine now bc the cw doesn’t deserve her. and that she’s a beautiful latina lady, for real this time, instead of the reboot’s bs uwu

second: au where macy ends up a valkyrie like the ones in charmed. except with real armor and not that revealing bs the ladies wore in battle. like i get it if you’re lounging around the island but ??? c’mon.  also they start bringing fem warriors to valhalla to prepare for the war. all the warriors regardless of their gender.

And judging from her expression when he’d mentioned demons… she probably wasn’t one. So assuming she really was a distant relative… maybe she’d only recently found out about the family history of witchcraft? It would explain why she’d suddenly show up asking for his mom and saying she wanted answers, or asking if he was a Halliwell.

Chris lifted a shoulder in a shrug, looking for all the world like a normal teenager. “But if it’s answers you want, I can help.” 

in all honesty, she isn’t sure how a kid can help. macy needs another ADULT. but it couldn’t hurt, right? talk to the kid now, then to his mother later. ‘ well, if you think you can... i just need to know how this works, because magic... it ISN’T real, technically. i’ve run a million tests, and they all basically say that it doesn’t exist. yet i can move things with my mind. i don’t understand, but someone said your family could help me.’  someone being the ghost of her great aunt, appearing to her the night she’d told her sisters she wanted NOTHING to do with witches, and confessed her fear of something she couldn’t even begin to understand.
