I never really understood why people who are close to you, would want to hurt you.

Then it dawned on me; even Jesus was betrayed, by someone he so carefully chose to be his disciple.

Life throws a lot of negative things our way; but as Christians we are suppose to set the temperature, not react to it.

All these things are a great way to put to practice what we read in the Bible. Practice makes perfect, right?

Continue to have Faith that the Lord our God will see us through any storm, no matter how big.

I had what some might call an 'epiphany', although I call it 'Spiritual Enlightenment'.

So I was thinking about 'Sin' and wondering what types of 'Sins' I commit. Then it dawned on me, that anything I'm ashamed to SAY I do is a SIN. You can't hide from what is within, your heart knows wrong from right. The human body is crafted so wonderfully that we are given sensors that alert us when we sin. 

It's beautiful how we're given the chance to make decisions in our own lives, but what's more amazing is when we choose to do GOOD things, it pleases God. 1 Thessalonians 4 : Living To Please God.

Just a little something about Letting Go....

It took me a very long time to understand my feelings, as my carnal body has it's own mind that's detached from that of my spirit. 

I've realised that you're supposed to Love. Love isn't a Taboo. The entire bible is written with LOVE, by the true definition of LOVE! There's no need for resentment or anything like that. Keep the memories of yesterday but look forward to the memories of tomorrow. 

Focus on the plans that God has in store for you, because evidently 's/he' wasn't part of the plan. God puts those who are valuable to your life IN your life, you choose the other randoms (honestly). 

This journey is quite challenging but WORTH every moment. The more we are exposed to, the more our character develops. I want to be able to teach my kids how to live their lives to the fullest, and the only way I can do that, is if I live mine. I can't afford to dwell, dwelling takes A LOT of time, time I just cannot spare. 

If you don't have Peace about a certain situation, the best and ONLY thing to do is pray about it. Taking matters into your own hands, will most likely make it worse, because you're acting purely on emotions. 

God wants your problems, ask and you WILL receive. I'm reminded daily of his LOVE for me, which keeps me going as I can't imagine a life without the Lord. (Read the bible for more answers, Lord know's I don't have them all lol)

The holy spirit is in us ALL! Once you are saved it's your job to spread the GOOD news! The girl who was mean to you in school; the guy who stole from you, your colleague at work with whom you don't see eye to eye with, whoever and what ever the problem, it's YOUR job as a believer to make the first move. Show them the Holy Spirit in YOU! Your actions will eventually speak louder than words ever could..
