Behold - The Beyonce 22 Day Vegan Meal Plan
So I LOVE food and I love reading about food, watching cooking shows, and attempting to cook at home. However, there are times where I just don't want to think about what to eat or spend the time/effort grocery shopping and then whipping up food at home. When I heard that Beyonce partnered up with her trainer to offer a 22 day vegan meal plan (because they believe it takes 22 days to break a habit) I decided to try it out. But as I mentioned, I LOVE food and can't bare to part from my carnivorous ways, so I opted for the one meal a day plan for 22 days, instead of 3.
Got my first week's worth of meals on Friday and looking forward to giving it a try this week. For me it's more about the convenience and eating healthy, I'm not really aiming to lose weight (though that would be a nice side benefit).
