For those unaware, the two of us live together. I've been doing what I can while they're out of state for the weekend for work to help the little guy. He's getting better, but it's slow, and getting better has put a dent into our finances. Any little bit helps if you can or just pass this along!!

Heyyy guys, I'm in a bit of a pickle with my rent again and really need help to avoid our situation going to court and being subsequently evicted.

We've had a verbal agreement (stupid, I know) with our property management since February that we would pay half of our rent at the beginning of the month and the second half at the end of the month, since that's how our money comes in. This agreement worked out fine until July, when we went to make the first payment for the month and our property manager reached out to let us know that they would no longer be allowing us to make partial payments, and if we wanted to pay rent we had to have the full amount and we'd have to pay through cashier's checks (something we can't do because we use an online bank) or use their WIPs (which is hard when you don't have a car and you have to secure extra money for transportation).

We're in contact with several places to hopefully secure rental assistance, but it doesn't sound like they'll be able to help us in time, and our money for the second half of this month doesn't come in for another two weeks and we have until the 19th to pay or be taken to court. We're so close to having our financial situation fixed, and I just really need help one more time.
