working out has helped innoculate my mind with the idea that you can build productive habits. that and the narcisstic mind set of believing you are at the precipice of greatness you just need to take that step towards it everyday

that and the idea that when you look at a beautiful piece of work made by someone else, visualize and really think to yourself if it's something you can make, then internalize and reaffirm with yourself that "yeah, given enough time, I can commit to something similar."
