Web forms are a necessity and often a pain point for both designers and users. A good usability of web form shall achieve at least two points: establish a relationship between users and the organization, and create a dialogue between these two parties with simply and easily interface. Here are four example from Ebay, Zocdoc, ASOS and Esty which inspired me in my design decision.

After I have interviewed with my client, who remind me the importance of market team in the stage of increasing and attracting users, and my programmer has suggested me with the necessity of adding the admin role into the site. Another group of people, visitors, who have not been register as the patient is also the target audiences. They will interact with the features of browse health info, posts questions and find doc as well. Consequently, I've add these three group into the sketch of my second version context diagram and made level 0 DFD from these three perspective.

This is the v0.2 of the level 0 DFD, which combine the three DFD fragments, and shows the users interaction in each process of the function, and how data flows between users, online platform and back-end data base from the perspective of patients.

This is the v0.2 of the context diagram, as shown in the sketch, this form describe how the project is interact with the users. There are two major entities, patients and doctors, each has its different user pattern. The context diagram is the outline for the whole Data Flow Diagram, which deisplay the relationship between design project and major user entities.

Level 0 of the DFD comes from the combination of several DFD fragments, it's only the draft for the whole DFD, as u can see that the final one shall be easier to understand and to reduce the number of data flows that cross.

My secondary personas is based on the one-on-one interveiw with a local hospital nurse - Fiona, including her avatar, name, quote, what's her daily job and how she interact with the project. And from the perspective of medical service supporter, this persona will be taken into account the needs and wants of these people for whom my and my team is designing.

My first user representative - a AIN (Assistant in Nursing) from a local Australian hospital Fiona Feng, one-on-one interview is used to encourage her to told stories about her daily works, who she is, what she do, how medicalcentreonline.com may influence her work, her opinion on the project and what may happen in the real circumstance.
